Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to buy a ticket. You must meet the state of residence requirements shown at checkout and confirm that you are not a member of the conducting charity's management committee. We may ask for information needed to verify eligibility before accepting a purchase or delivering a prize.
Tickets and payment
Every available bundle is disclosed for the raffle and offered equally to eligible buyers. A ticket is issued only after payment has been confirmed. A pending or unsuccessful payment does not create a ticket number. Sales close at the published time, and purchases cannot be accepted after that time. Your confirmation and e-ticket record the price paid, ticket number, prize details, closing time, draw details and the method used to publish results.
Draw and publication
Each issued, non-void ticket has an equal chance in the draw. Prizes are drawn in the published order using Raffl's verifiable electronic draw process. If an unsold or void number is selected, another selection is made and the event is recorded. Results are published by the method stated on the ticket and show the winning ticket number and the winner's suburb or state, not their full identity.
Prize delivery
The prize description and retail value for each raffle form part of these terms. A winner must complete reasonable identity and eligibility checks before delivery. The charity will arrange delivery within one month after the draw. A prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred unless the raffle-specific terms expressly allow it.
Cancellation and refunds
If a raffle is cancelled, every buyer who paid for a ticket will receive a full refund to the original payment method and will be notified using the contact details supplied with the purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Complaints
You may make a complaint using the support details on your purchase confirmation or e-ticket. We log each complaint and aim to provide a response within 21 days. Please include your order reference, but never send payment card details.
Raffle-specific terms
The raffle's licence number, prize retail values, sales closing time, draw date and place, winner notification method, results publication method and any stated purpose for proceeds outside Queensland are incorporated into these terms.
